Cost

I am currently in the credentialing process to be an in-network provider for highmark insurance. I do not accept medicare, medicaid and/or other third party insurances.

For those with other insurance, you may be eligible for out of network benefits through your insurance provider.  Please contact your insurance provider for information about your coverage. Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company.  Please be aware that some, and perhaps all, of the service provided may be non-covered and not considered reasonable, customary and/or medically necessary under your medical insurance plan.  I will provide you a receipt at the end of each month to submit to your insurance company (or more frequently if needed).  

Payment may be made by cash and/or check.  Payment is due at the end of each month of services.  

Individual Speech Sessions: $70.00 (30-Minute Session) or $140.00 (60-Minute Session).
